Playing some catch up since its taken us awhile to get the new website up. We’re still learning all the ropes and having fun in the process. We’ll keep you posted and do drop us a note with any comments as things are coming together.

The FIABCI meeting in Washington DC was extrememly productive. I was able to present our listings to agents from throughout the US, Canada and the Caribbean. In addition, I sat in as a new member of the FIABCI-USA Strategic Planning Committee. And as I’ve gotten to know people in the organization new friendships and opportunities are opening up which make representing San Francisco real estate fun. I received a call yesterday and learned about German and Russian investors coming in groups to the US through one of my contacts. These investors are looking seriously at our market as well.

As we move forward, we’ll keep you updated on changes in the local market and look at the international influences as well. Your comments are always welcome.
